Live-In Individual Retreatants

1. Accommodation $45 per room overnight
   Unless otherwise previously arranged arrival is normally from 4pm and vacating of room is after breakfast on the day of departure.

Live-In Groups

3. Meal Clean Up Fee $3 per person per day for groups of 12 or more
   Santa Teresa keeps it costs to a minimum by asking retreatants to clean up after meals. Experience has shown that groups larger than 12 find this difficult to achieve within the time constraints of their programs. This fee covers these clean up costs.
    
4. BYO Meals
   Live-in groups undertaking their own catering can access limited food facilities in the kitchenette in Lisieux Place (fridge. microwave, urn) by prior negotiation and dependent on the needs of the Centre. There is no capacity to prepare meals onsite but BYO food can be served onsite. Groups will need to provide their own disposal plates, cups and cutlery. Please note the following conditions apply and a cleaning fee of $150 will be applied if the centre is not left clean and tidy.
• A person from the group is nominated who will have sole responsibility for use of the the onsite facilities
• This person is thoroughly briefed by the Facilities Manager prior to the program beginning
• It is understood that the Facilities Manager has authority and precedence at all times

Day Groups

Meals $30 per person per day plus hire of facilities (see below)
This includes morning tea / lunch / all day tea & coffee

Hire of Facilities

• Lisieux Place $300 per day (Santa Teresa chapel and formation centre, outdoor centre & servery)
• John Bathersby Formation Room $250 per day
• Francis Rush Meeting Room $100 per day

Fees

(in accordance with the guidelines set out by Catholic Religious Australia)

• Fees to be negotiated and paid directly and separately to the Director by the group
• Spiritual Direction/companioning $50 per hr.
• Directed Retreats/facilitated spiritual formation $200 per day

Discounts

This discount applies to accommodation and meal costs and only one discount applies per stay.

• 10% for individual clergy doing private directed retreats
• 10% for groups utilising 30 rooms
• 10% for those staying in excess of 6 days
• 15% for pensioners, fulltime students and the unemployed.

Booking Policy

Enquiries for retreats will be checked for availability and a provisional booking offered by email.

Deposit

• All provisional bookings need to be confirmed by a non-refundable deposit (deposit deducted from final account) paid within seven days of email booking offer.
• $200 per person deposit or 30% of the full payment whichever is the greater. If total cost is less than $200, then this amount must be paid in full to secure the booking.

Full Payment

This is due 21 days prior to start of the retreat/program otherwise booking will be cancelled and made available to others.
