Dear Friends of Santa Teresa, Welcome to the website of the Santa Teresa Spirituality Centre owned and run by the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane. Formerly known as the Cenacle, Santa Teresa is a quiet and beautiful retreat and spiritual formation centre at Ormiston overlooking Moreton Bay with views to nearby North Strabroke Island. It provides a quiet haven to come away and spend time in prayer and reflection. In addition to the Retreat opportunities scheduled in our website program, we welcome individuals throughout the year who wish to make a private silent retreat or want simply to spend a few quiet days in personal prayer and reflection. It is hoped that Santa Teresa can become a spiritual home, where you can grow in easy friendship with God and learn about the many pathways in our rich Christian tradition for achieving this.
